展位收费标准

A、标准展位：3X4=12m2                2800元人民币/ m2；

（展位配置：一条KT板中英文楣板、洽谈圆桌一张、4把椅子；资料桌一个、椅子两把；地毯、220V电源插座一个、射灯两只）。

B、特装展位：2500元人民币/ m2，（室内光地36m2起租，不提供任何配置，展商可自行安排特殊装修或委托组织单位推荐展台搭建公司）；

Charging Standard

1. Standard booth: 3X4=12m2                2,800RMB/ m2；

（Booth allocation: One KT board, lintel board with Chinese and English version, one round conversation table, 4 data tables, 2 chairs; carpets, one 220V power socket, and 2 spot lights).

1. Special booth: 2,500RMB/m2, (indoor rental starts from 36m2 raw space without any disposition; the exhibitors can make your own arrangement for special decoration or entrust organizer to recommend booth contractor);

Catalog and Other Advertisements:  The catalog shall be widely presented to the competent departments and related associations, exhibition merchants; while the catalog shall be sent to the domestic and overseas personages and related units, etc.

组织方特邀有实力的企业作为大会赞助商：分为钻石、金牌、银牌三种赞助方式，享受大会提供的各种特殊待遇（详细资料和待遇备索）；

Sponsorship Scheme

The organizer will invite competent companies to sponsor the exhibition. There are three ways to sponsor the exhibition, namely diamond, gold and silver, which will enjoy special treatment provided by the organizer respectively (more details and treatment are available on request).

参展程序

A、填写《参展申请表》加盖公章后邮寄或传真至大会组委会；参展单位需按付款通知的要求，于7个工作日内交付展位费的50%作为定金（人民币），以落实展台位置；展位费的余额于2016年3月8日前付清，欢迎一次付清。否则，主办单位将视其放弃参展，参展企业报名后中途退展，参展费用概不退还。

B、在确认展位后，主办单位将向参展单位寄发《参展手册》；手册包括展品运输、展台设计搭建、旅行及住宿安排、物品租用等有关信息，参展商必须按要求填写好手册中有关表格，并于截止日前交回主办单位。

C、展位顺序分配原则 “先申请、先汇款、先安排”。 主办单位在收到展位费定金后，才能落实参展商所预定的展位。

Exhibition Participation Procedure

1. Fill in the Application Form, stamp it with seal and send it back to the organizing committee. The exhibitor shall, upon the requirement of the payment notice, pay 50% of the exhibition fee as the commission within 7 days in order to reserve the booth. The rest of the exhibition fee shall be paid before March 8, 2016, and lump-sumpayment is welcome. Or, the exhibitor will be regarded as giving up the right to exhibit by the organizing authority. If the exhibitor quits the exhibition after the registration, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
2. After the confirmation of the booth, Exhibitors Manual shall be posted to the exhibitor by the organizing authority. Manual includes information on exhibits transportation, booth design and building, travel and accommodation arrangement, and items rental. The exhibitor must fill in the forms in the Manual according to the requirement, and send them back to the organizing authority before the deadline.
3. The distribution principle of the booth order is“first application, first payment, and first arrangement”. The organizing authority can only confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitor after receiving the commission of the exhibition fee.

贵单位如欲报名参展，请向组委会索取《参展申请表》，填写后加盖公章邮寄或传真至组委会。

Ways to Participate in the Exhibition 

If your company wishes to register for the exhibition, please ask for the Exhibition Application Form from the organizing committee, fill it in, stamp it with seal and send it back to the organizing committee via fax or by post.
